Easy to Clean

The stainless-steel tank and drinking tray can be washed by hand or placed on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Before cleaning, always remove the electronic controller and charging assembly. These components are not submersible and should never be placed in water or the dishwasher.

Filter Care

Soak and rinse the filter thoroughly before its first use. For dependable filtration, replace it approximately every 1–2 weeks depending on the number of pets, water quality, and daily use.

Replacement filters are sold separately.
